Junipurr titanium threaded labret posts are made with verified implant-grade ASTM F-136 Titanium (6AL-4V-ELI) that is APP Approved.  These labret posts are designed for use with Junipurr Jewelry but fit most APP approved internally threaded ends. Although our labrets usually fit many non-APP approved brands, we don't offer a guaranteed fit.  These labrets are 14G internally threaded with a 4MM Disk and come in multiple lengths to chose from.
