Order Fulfillment
We work with multiple manufacturers that have different shipping and order time frames. Fulfillment times do not include shipping times from our studios. Orders placed from multiple brands will ship when ALL items are completed. If you would like to receive some of your items earlier, please place orders separately.
Below times are averages and your order may ship earlier or later depending on weather, holiday traffic and shipping delays.
Maya: 4-7 Day fulfillment time.
Junipurr: 4-7 Day fulfillment.
NeoMetal: 1-2 week fulfillment.
Ember: 1-2 week fulfillment.
Norvoch: 3-4 week fulfillment.
MUSHROOM: 3-4 week fulfillment.
Out of Stock & Pre-Orders
While we work closely with our manufacturers, occasionally we run into issue with stock levels before our counts with them refresh. In the event that happens we will reach out within 48 hours of order placement or as soon as we receive notification from the manufacturer that the item is currently unavailable and offer options of wait-list placement, refund for out of stock items, or replacement with other items of like value.
If items are out of stock and "Pre-ordered" we will monitor the manufacturers site weekly for updates. In the event an order is not fulfilled within 60 days of order placement, a full refund will be issued for pre-order items.
Returns and Exchanges
While we try to make every transaction a happy one, we understand that not every piece will fit in perfectly with your style. We do offer up to 30 days from receipt with returns.
However, due to the custom nature of the products we sell, a 15% restocking fee on the regular price of jewelry (not including sales and discounts) applies to every jewelry order.
Unless there is a manufacturing defect in your order, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order is returned your refund will be processed within 30 days.
Due to ever changing stock levels as well as time frames for custom orders from our manufacturers, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
