This beautiful butterfly end consists of a set of two 2mmx4mm marquis and two 2mm round CZs wrapped in a solid gold setting.   

It measures 6.6mm x 5.7mm.  Available in 14k Yellow, Rose and White gold.

All Threadless ends are sold by themselves to allow further customization for the perfect fit.
