We are so happy you've chosen us for your piercing and tattoo needs! We just want to take a moment and prep you on some things to expect from us and what we expect (or need) from you!

For any appointment in our studio, piercing or tattoo. We need a few things to properly take care of our clients. These are non-negotiable and failure to provide the required items may lead to cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.

• All Minors Must Be Accompanied by an Adult for the duration of their appointment.
• Appointments for Minors we will need either their birth certificate, or Government issued ID as well as the Identification of their Parent or Guardian.
• Acceptable forms of ID Include:
• Driver Licenses
• Learners Permits
• Passports
• Acceptable Parental/Guardian Forms
• Birth Certificate with Parents Name
• Gaurdianship/Adoption Forms from the Court
• Siblings, Grandparents, Friends, Uncles, Aunts or any other relative (that has not formally adopted a minor and provided proof in person to us), will not be able to sign for minors to have procedures.
