We cover all shipping costs within the United States. International orders will have a flat rate $15.00 USD shipping charge.
Handmade Order Shipping Costs
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $35.00
Items ordered from our handmade section are managed and run through our ETSY store and will have shipping costs calculated and processed through the ETSY platform for both US and orders outside of the US. Orders over $35 (After any applicable discounts) will ship for free within the United States.
We will not be held responsible for failed shipments if incorrect data was provided by the customer.
If an error was made on our part with failing to notice an address change we will cover the cost of re-shipping.
If a purchase for any of our handmade items is incorrectly sized, and the incorrect size was presented to us from the customer, customer will be responsible for processing and re-shipping of a new item. If we failed to measure an item properly, we will handle processing and shipping fees.
Standard shipping times for our jewelry subscription boxes are on a monthly basis.
Orders placed between before the 15th of the month will ship on the same month as they are purchased. Any orders placed AFTER the 15th of the month will be rolled into the following months shipment.
If there is an overlap between shipping for the first order, and payment for the second month, we will adjust the billing date to the 4th of the following month so that there is no payment for the second order before receiving the first.
Handmade Item Shipping
All Handmade items will ship through our ETSY platform and have shipping dates set accordingly. Processing time for our handmade items range from 1-4 days for our simple designs, and up to 10 days for our more intricate pieces and full body chains.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
At the moment we do not offer order tracking but look to do so in the future! We are working to have automatic shipment notifications sent out to each customer upon shipment.
Do to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer returns on jewelry or bodywear. If there is an issue with shipping we will take those situations on a case by case basis and issue refunds if necessary.
While we offer shipping anywhere in the world, we do not take responsibility for delays in processing or shipping times. We will uphold our shipping days to the best of our ability but do not make any guarantees for timelines on shipments outside of the United States.
Order modifications must be recieved at least 7 days prior to the next shipping date. This ensures us the time and ability to make changes before you box for that month is finished and shipped.
If product is damaged on arrival, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we do our best to ensure our packages arrive intact, things do happen after they leave our possession. In the even of destroyed/missing products, please email a picture of the inside and outside of the package immediately upon receipt to our support team.
